The cards won't pop up, or the lever feels stuck

Try these steps before contacting us:

1. Remove all cards and press the lever a few times with the case empty. It should move freely and spring back.
2. Reload with 1–2 fewer cards. Embossed and metal cards often cause jams.
3. Check that no card is bent or sitting crooked in the case.
4. Look for dust or lint at the bottom of the case and tap it out.
