If you are not 100% satisfied with our products you can return them for a full refund within 30 days (extended to 31st of January for orders placed from Nov 14th to Dec 20th) of receiving your order. To initiate a return process, please access our returns page here: . We provide a free return label so you can mail the product(s) back to our warehouse.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it as well as in the original packaging. We want to ensure the best possible experience for our customers, and do everything we can to remove any risk of shopping online. 

If you believe that the product you received is defective, please contact us at so we can fix your problem as soon as possible and ship a replacement or issue a refund, at your choice. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund within 7 business days.
If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 business days.

Please note we charge a $10 restock fee on backpack returns 

TITAN X is not responsible for orders that are stolen from a property, the responsibility lies on the buyer.

Please note that if your order has been shipped we cannot cancel it or modify its destination.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


We will provide a prepaid USPS label for you so you can return the item to our warehouse. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. We don't refund shipping charges from DHL Express or Regular.
