RETURN POLICY
Shop with confidence. If your Titan X Wallet isn’t the right fit, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Take your time to test it out and make sure it works for you, just try to keep it in a good condition.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your order.
You’re welcome to use your wallet lightly to see how it fits your daily carry, as long as it remains in good condition:
- No noticeable wear or damage
- All components and accessories included
- Original packaging included
How to Start a Return
All returns must be submitted through our Titan X Return Portal: https://titanx.co/a/return? before shipping the item back. Once approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on next steps. We do not accept returns that are sent back without a prior return request.
What We Consider Wear and Tear
Leather wallets:
Deep creases, scratches, discoloration, fraying, stretching, or damage caused by heavy daily use.
Metal or carbon components:
Scratches, dents, scuffs, or any marks that affect appearance or functionality.
Elastic mechanisms:
Loss of tension, deformation, or damage due to overloading.
Items showing these signs may not qualify for a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Warranty replacement products
- Promotional products
- Products that have been customized
Return Shipping & Fees
Handling and restocking policies depend on your location.
United States
- A pre-paid return label is provided after submitting your return
- Wallets: No handling & restocking fees
- Backpacks and bags: $15 handling and restocking fee
- Accessories: No handling & restocking fees
Rest of the World
You must ship the package back to us by yourself, please contact us to initiate a return process.
Please note if you order included any free gifts, you must return them for a full refund. If you keep the gift, a refund fee will be applied equaling the total of the gift value.
Processing Time
Returns are processed within 5–10 business days after arrival at our warehouse.
Once completed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your refund, store credit, or exchange details.
Defective Item?
If you believe your wallet has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@titanx.co and we will take care of it right away with a replacement.
