At TITAN X, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We stand behind the durability and functionality of our wallets, backpacks, and accessories. To ensure your satisfaction and provide you with peace of mind, we offer the following warranty terms:


Our wallets are designed to withstand the demands of everyday use. We offer a lifetime warranty on all wallet purchases. This warranty assures that the product you are purchasing is free of defects in materials and workmanship and it will function properly with normal use. TITAN X will cover the replacement parts in the even of failure of your wallet including elastic, metal part, metal plate,  spring mechanism, leather/microfiber and money clip. If you experience any issues with your wallet, please contact our customer support team at info@titanx.co We will be happy to assist you and provide a resolution. Please note that shipping costs and handling costs may be charged ($6 to $11 depending on your zone) to ship the replacement parts, fixed products or other goods depending on your replacement needs. 


Our backpacks are built to last and provide reliable performance. We offer a lifetime warranty on all backpack purchases. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or faults in materials that may occur during normal use. If you encounter any problems with your backpack within the warranty period, please reach out to our customer support team at info@titanx.co. We will work with you to address the issue and find a suitable solution.

Please note that our warranty does not cover damage, dents or scratches caused by misuse, accident, shock, cut, neglect or unauthorized modifications. It also does not cover stolen products or normal discoloration caused by normal wear and tear of the leather or metal parts. To ensure the longevity of your TITAN X product, we recommend following the care instructions provided with each item.

For warranty claims, please provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt as well as a video showing and explaining the faulty product/feature of the product. Our customer support team will guide you through the warranty process and provide further instructions.

TITAN X reserves the right to deny any warranty claim at our sole discretion. This may happen if we believe the claim to be fraudulent or if the product was purchased from an unauthorized reseller such as, but not limited to, Facebook Marketplace and eBay.
