We issue your refund within 5–7 business days after the return reaches our warehouse and passes inspection. Your bank may then take another 2–5 business days to show it.

Nothing after 8 business days from warehouse delivery? Contact us with your order number and return (RMA) number. We'll check it and approve it by hand if needed.
If you placed an order with a credit card that you cancelled after you submitted your return, you will still receive your refund as your bank will redirect it to your account.
