Most packages marked delivered turn up within 1–2 days. Please try these steps first:
- Check the shipping address in your order confirmation email.
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
- Look around the delivery location: porch, side door, garage, building mailroom or parcel lockers.
- Ask neighbors, family or your building manager.
- Check your mailbox. Some packages travel through more than one carrier, and the last one may be USPS.
- Wait 48 business hours. Carriers sometimes mark a package delivered shortly before they actually drop it off.
