Most US orders arrive within 2–6 business days of shipping. Your tracking link is in the shipping confirmation email we send when your order leaves our US warehouse.
- Open the email titled "Your order is on the way" and tap Track your order.
- No email yet? Check your spam or promotions folder. Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days.**
- Tracking may not update for 24–48 hours after the label is created. That is normal.
- Still no movement after 3 business days? Contact us with your order number (it starts with TX) and we'll check with the carrier.
We use several carriers, including USPS, UPS, DHL eCommerce, Fedex or Amazon Shipping. Your package may be handed from one carrier to another, so the tracking link may change.
