How do I return or exchange an item?

You can return or exchange any product within 30 days of delivery for free, as long as it's in its original condition and packaging.

1. Go to our returns page: titanx.co/pages/return-policy.
2. Enter your order number (starts with TX) and the email or ZIP code you ordered with.
3. Choose the item, then choose Refund or Exchange.
4. A prepaid return label arrives in your inbox. Print it, pack the item and drop it off.

Don't have your order number? Search your email for "TITAN X order", or contact us with the name and email you ordered with.

If the returns page says your item isn't eligible for some reason, or you can't see a return button, contact us. We'll sort it out by email.
