Warranty Policy

Terms & Conditions:


TITAN X Wallet warrants that the all of our products are free from manufacturing defects and will function as intended for the life of the product (Pro Edition, Titanium Pro Edition, Classic Edition) and for a year (Hybrid Edition). Your Lifetime Warranty will include parts in the case of failure or loss of Elastic, Inner Plates, and/or Money Clip. The One Year Warranty of the Hybrid Edition will include replacements such as inner aluminum compartments (up to 2 per customer maximum) and cash straps (up to 3 per customer maximum). In case of loss of screws, the client is responsible for them, we recommend tightening the screws of the Pro Edition every 4-5 months to prevent their loss. 

This warranty does not cover scratches, dents, chips and/or scrapes on the Outer Plates; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock; improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs. This warranty does not cover the improper use of the features of the wallet such as the trigger ejection of the Hybrid or the quick fan out of the Pro Edition.

Your warranty does not have to be activated in the moment of the purchase but we recommend you keep your order information to accelerate the claim.
